Slime mold is an organism, which develops and
reproduces along with spores found in the air
and unlike other molds, slime mold may travel
and spread out. It is liquidy slime in appearance
and attracts itself to moisture. Further, it does
not harm the plants. It may actually disappear
by self if you leave it untreated.
Slime
mold may be ugly or unpleasant in appearance
and also that it may range anywhere from certain
centimeters diameter to more than a feet. This
mold does not have any regular shape and may develop
anywhere, carrying moisture and spores with it.
You may have trouble in killing slime mold and
thus, one best way for getting relief from this
mold type is by physically removing it. It is
named so because of its gooey and slimy appearance.

Follow the steps below to remove
slime mold:
- Scoop up the mold as soon as you notice it.
- Place it in one plastic bag.
- Also, scoop up any material that is around
and under the mold and position it inside the
plastic bag.
- Throw away the plastic bag.
- To remove this particular mold, try raking
it, especially in the dry weather. Alternatively,
spraying on the plant surfaces through a hose
may also be of great help.
